- Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting support.
- Lead initial outreach and scheduling for all recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless application experience.
- Support new employee onboarding, including paperwork and system setup.
- Maintain confidential financial and HR records with utmost integrity.
- Coordinate general office administration, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office management role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing to initial onboarding.
- Familiarity with small business accounting practices.
- Prior experience in a standalone or hybrid accounting/admin/HR role.
- Desire to learn and grow within both financial and human resources disciplines.
