- Provide overall program oversight and leadership for assigned AEA IPT efforts.
- Serve as the primary interface between KBR, Navy stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
- Lead regular program reviews, briefings, and reporting to internal and government leadership.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and achievement of program milestones.
- Support planning, execution, and integration of technical solutions across multiple IPTs.
- Foster collaboration and communication among IPT members and stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments to maintain mission success.
- Clearance & Citizenship: Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship (TS/SCI eligibility highly desired).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 7(+) years of experience in a DoD, aerospace, or government contracting environment.
- Experience as a Naval Aviator
- Experience with Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) systems.
- Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or electronic warfare development.
- Prior experience with NAVAIR/NAWCWD organizations and IPT operations.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Program Management certification.
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week (50% FTE)

The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
