
Sr. Analyst, Program Cost Controls

- Responsible for executing all monthly/quarterly contract deliverable items.
- Play integral role in generating monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in Rplan.
- Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance to ensure compliant cost collection.
- Typically will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of applicable experience.
- Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in organizing, preparing and/or presenting briefings to management and peers.
- Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organizational environment.
- Experience building relationships with various functional disciplines.
- Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level.
- Understanding of SAP and Business Warehouse.
- This position is grade P2, Sr Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
