- Expertly run and oversee manufacturing equipment that supplies raw materials, and/or fills, caps, seals, labels, or packages our high-quality products.
- Maintain vigilant product inspection processes, ensuring every item meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep production equipment running efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Proactively remove damaged products or supplies as needed to maintain seamless flow.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A natural ability to understand and work with machinery.
- A keen eye for quality and process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic forklift operations (driving, lifting, maneuvering).
- Prior experience working with high-speed production machinery (e.g., in food or consumer goods manufacturing).
- Ability to make minor repairs using simple hand tools.
- Experience preparing or understanding detailed work and process flow documentation (SOPs).
