  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Effective and efficient time management
  • Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience
  • First Aid/CPR training will be provided
Responsibilities:● Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
  • Implement Reggio Emilia philosophies and Project Approach
  • Utilize curricular resources
● Maintain regular parent/guardian communication● Follow all safety and health guidelines● Support organizational mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies● Communicate with your colleagues through collaboration and curricular planning.
  • Employ developmentally appropriate classroom management techniques
  • Engage in respectful communication with students, families, and colleagues
  • Integrate technology to enhance learning within the classroom.
  • Document educational experiences and display children's work in a manner that highlights student learning
  • Demonstrate professionalism in conduct, appearance, and practice
  • Other duties as assigned
