- Perform Accounts Payable functions, including paying invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Reconcile expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Onboard new employees on accounting platforms
- Manage, record, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Perform month-end close tasks including reconciliations
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, monitor appropriate reports, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation and issuing stop payments and adjustments.
- Conduct ad hoc financial / operational analysis as required
- 1 - 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work and achieve deadlines and objectives independently
- Bill.com, Expensify, NetSuite and Google Suite experience preferred
