- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Perform minor accounting duties.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage key company executives' calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Work Experience: 4 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Other Requirements: Superb time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines. Problem-solving and decision making. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Skills/Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience overseeing budgets and expenses. Experience developing internal processes and procedures. Strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed.
- Targeted hiring range based on experience: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
- Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company Discretion.
