- First Shift (Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 07:30pm)
- Maintain a high level of efficiency while executing each menu item to the head chef's specified standards of excellence.
- Follow daily and evening cleaning schedules and uphold all hygienic and sanitary requirements.
- Finish the station setup and all prep list items on time.
- Make sure every food that leaves the kitchen satisfies all requirements for presentation and quality.
- Count the inventory of products and menu items and convey station requirements
- Must have own form of transportation
- Must have 2 years of line cook exp
