This 3-month temp-to-hire role supports multiple business segments with interview coordination, onsite candidate support, and full-cycle onboarding. You’ll work in a collaborative cubicle/office environment with leadership that prioritizes career growth.Key Responsibilities:Schedule interviews & coordinate candidate visitsSupport full-cycle onboardingPerform I-9 & citizenship verificationMaintain OFCCP compliance and HR documentationManage calendars, travel, and expense reports10% local travel; must be able to obtain a U.S. Security ClearanceRequirements:HS Diploma + 8 yrs HR/admin experience OR Associate’s + 4 yrs experienceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, communication & multitasking skillsPreferred Skills:Executive/Administrative Assistant experienceHotel concierge backgroundWhy Apply?
