- Accurately process and manage incoming orders from key retailers.
- Monitor order status, identify delays or discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Review and investigate retailer deductions, identify root causes, and support the recovery process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics) to improve processes and minimize recurring issues.
- Analyze order and deduction trends to support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in SAP and other internal systems.
- Confidently use retailer portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central) and logistics platforms to manage daily operations.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel and other tools to support decisions and provide insights.
- Support ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.
- 7+ years of experience in order management, deductions, supply chain, or a related operations role, including hands-on technical responsibility.
- Must have strong technical abilities, including:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, basic data analysis).
- Comfort working in SAP, retailer portals, and other platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues within systems directly and cross-check data confidently.
- Familiarity with major retailers like Walmart, Target, Amazon, CVS, and an understanding of retailer compliance requirements is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns or root causes.
- Self-starter who can manage time independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
