Benson is looking to hire a full time Data analyst working Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.Job PurposeThis position will review receipts thruogh the receiving process making sure all are balanced on a day to day basis.Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety and quality requirements/procedures.
COGI report - Troubleshooting to clear lines due to transaction errors, ECO issues, CC/adjustments, Shipping Errors, Receiving Errors.
Populate the Production Schedule
Print and Distribute Assembly Line Build Orders and Network Travelers
ADGI/MIGO Adjustments
Process Reject Tags
Assist as required with logistics supporting functions.
Efficiently prioritize work tasks and requirements independently
Other related duties as assigned.Experience RequiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Understanding and willingness to participate in CBS projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
Proficiency in SAP S4 & EWM.
Excellent understanding of MRP systems as well as KANBAN and LEAN manufacturing techniques.
Able to work with minimal supervision and meet production requirements on time.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written are required with the ability and confidence to participate in meetings with management and people outside of their immediate organization.
Understanding of production schedules and basic manufacturing processes
Basic blueprint reading.
Complete understanding of Bill of Materials and routings.
Ability to accurately perform data entry functions.
