We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. $200,000 at plan yearly however your compensation is determined by your closed loan volume. Responsibilities: • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction, however, our processor will handle communications as you see fit • Complete Mortgage Industry training on compliance and best practices regularly, such as AML/BSA classes • Be proficient in office-related technology. We use a fantastic CRM, come with your book, ready to go! • Establish new and maintain relationships with agents and other referral partner verticles such as Financial Planners/CPA's. • Interact with clients, agents, and loan operations staff to ensure a smooth transaction • Ability to set and meet clear expectations for all participants in the loan process • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • 3-5 years of licensed mortgage origination required (pls be sure your NMLS ID is included in your resume) • Previous Experience with Office Suite, and loan origination software such as BYTE Pro, Lending Pad, etc. • Must be licensed in MA, NH or Both. • Experience with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA, Jumbo, and HELOC's/Renovation/Construction/Reverse and NON-QM • Must have a client list and the ability to create your own referrals, though we will help with marketing and CRM • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools would be helpful as we live in our CRM, however, we will train you on how to use our CRM • Must be able to stay licensed annually, and take updated BSL/AML training quarterly/semi-annually • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college is Not required • Great attitude, experience, and willingness to always be caring for clients, learning and mastering this business is an absolute must.
