- Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; rotational on call also required

- Support individuals in the A-DBT program through leading both 1:1 and group therapy sessions, with a caseload of up to 10 clients.
- Use principles of Positive Behavior Support to help individuals meet their goals and improve their quality of life
- Plan and attend social events out in the community for individuals in the program
- Provide training and support to direct care staff and members of the operations team.
- Work directly with in home staff to provide support to individuals in behavioral crises.
- Work rotational on call to provide crisis management support as needed by phone.
- Write reports and case notes using Therap, Microsoft Excel, and OneDrive.
- Communicate and coordinate with outside providers (therapists, etc.) and clients' families.
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and intellectual/developmental disabilities is required (examples include but are not limited to: mental health or behavior technician, institution counselor, residential counselor, skills trainer, lead direct support professional, previous experience working in supported living, in-patient treatment center/hospital, homeless shelter, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with ability to use personal vehicle on the job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Must possess strong critical thinking with the ability to work independently to problem-solve effectively
- Good communication is key in this role. You'll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
