We;re hiring a full-time Mig Welder for a family-owned manufacturer of high-performance hydraulic systems and components, built with American-made craftsmanship and engineered to solve real-world challenges. As the company continues to grow, they are investing in the strength of their support operations to ensure every customer interaction reflects their commitment to quality and reliability.What You'll Be Doing:As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components to specification using MIG welding techniques. You will interpret blueprints, prepare materials, perform accurate welds, and inspect work to ensure the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.What makes you a great fit:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed welding apprenticeship, vocational training, or equivalent experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage sequencing effectively
- Strong physical stamina, strength, and manual dexterity
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and welding safety standards. Any Tig / Hand / Robotic also helpful
- Ability to read and interpret written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to teach and mentor others is a plus
