- Manage a team of Manufacturing Planners and Material Requirements Planners.
- Act as surge support for team members in times of need
- 4+ years of Supply Chain Planning in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g. Aerospace, Automotive, Farm Implement, etc.)
- Experience working in a ERP/MRP environment (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge in regards to creating and maintaining a Project Schedule (Microsoft Project)
- Must be a United States citizen and have an active Secret government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Experience leading a team
- Experience in SAP (and exception based planning methodology)
- Experience creating and maintaining a Project Schedule (Microsoft Project)
- Experience with manufacturing in a development environment
- Experience with manufacturing Defense products
- APICS/ASCM certification(s)
- Experience working with a Quality Management System (AS or ISO)
- Green Belt certification
