- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from intake through delivery for all creative assets, including digital, social, web, video, and special projects.
- Lead scoping, timeline development, and milestone tracking for high-volume creative projects, ensuring efficient and predictable delivery.
- Build and optimize intake systems and project request workflows to support clarity and prioritization, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
- Translate ambiguous or incomplete requests into clear project plans with defined objectives and deliverables.
- Manage shifting scopes and evolving creative needs while maintaining team alignment and delivery precision.
- Collaborate with creative leads to allocate design, copy, and production resources based on forecasted needs, optimizing for velocity and balanced workloads.
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments in real time to meet deadlines and support velocity.
- Ensure creative teams have the right tools, context, and support to work efficiently, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption.
- Act as the central point of contact for Marketing, Product, Leadership, and external partners regarding creative deliverables.
- Lead project-related meetings such as kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Synthesize feedback from multiple teams and translate into actionable next steps for creatives, advocating for the creative team's needs while managing expectations effectively.
- Continuously analyze and improve creative production processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase output, driving initiatives for greater operational efficiency and scalability.
- Document workflows, best practices, and resource guides to enable scalability and onboarding.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Brand Ops leadership team in evolving how the creative team operates, contributing to the strategic vision for creative operations.
- Track project performance and creative output volume, surfacing insights for planning and resourcing.
- Use data to evaluate project success, identify improvement areas, and drive decision-making, focusing on metrics that demonstrate operational effectiveness and impact.
- Support budget planning for Creative by working with contractors and agencies to estimate hours and resources needed for requested initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management or creative operations, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Experience managing global/distributed teams and projects
- Background working cross-functionally with other teams including design, copywriting, product marketing, field marketing, and external vendors.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, JIRA) and resource planning platforms, with an aptitude for evaluating and implementing new operational technologies.
- Good understanding of creative development best practices, including file types, media specs and production/fabrication requirements.
- Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, social, and video.
- Agency or in-house brand experience
- Experience working with Earth Observation (“Space”) companies
- Tech-savvy, with excellent Excel skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly; familiarity with AI tools or an interest in how AI can enhance creative workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex creative processes into clear terms for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience developing creative briefs, production timelines, and campaign roadmaps.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines, maintaining composure and clarity under pressure.
- Metrics-driven with experience using data to optimize creative throughput and effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
