
Park Operations Project Development Intern, Spring 2026

- Handling assigned projects and providing required updates to key collaborators.
- Developing presentation materials.
- Maintaining and updating project photo documentation, schedules, maps and weekly updates.
- Performing site walks to verify show conditions.
- Showcasing flexibility with day-to-day scheduling dependent on project needs ranging from administrative duties in the office to walking project sites with clients.
- Partnering with internal and external clients and Guests.
- Compiling and distributing notes from meetings and blueprint document reviews.
- Assisting with park wide communication on behalf of the Project Team.
- Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with Cast, clients, and operating areas.
- Attending meetings & being the Park representative to engage and influence partners to ensure the Guest and Cast Experience is maintained.
- Supporting a team of Project Managers in a variety of tasks as assigned.

- Experience delivering outstanding Guest Service.
- Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Software programs.
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World theme parks.
- Skills in graphic design and presentation development.
- Prior experience working for Disney & knowledge of Walt Disney World products & procedures.
- Understanding or familiarity of engineering & construction disciplines.
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Project Management Certificate or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
