- Achieve clean and desirable assemblies
- Follow clear verbal and written instructions
- Utilize hand tools proficiently in performing the following tasks: Structural assembly, Mechanical drive assembly, Fluid control assembly, Guard and cover assembly, Mechanical assembly. Work must represent quality workmanship, neatness, with acceptable efficiencies.
- Complete quality assurance checks for the Arrowhead Conveyor, LLC. Blue Books through inspection process.
- Provide accurate documentation skills that includes labor reporting, timecards, and picklist and travelers.
- Will need to be forklift certified and or can train.
- Prepare equipment for shipment including, but not limited to, machine teardown, skidding and crating for shipment.
- Follows crating standards for preparing for shipments: crate sheet, inspection of the crate, labeling, etc.
- Direction: receive guidance with respect to general objectives. In the majority of tasks and projects assigned, determine methods, work sequence, scheduling, and how to achieve objectives of assignments. Operate within specific policy guidelines.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). or one to three months related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
