Laboratory Technician Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and experiments in a BSL2 environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Participate in laboratory maintenance activities, including cleaning and equipment maintenance * Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper waste disposal protocols
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the laboratory team
Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory procedures and protocolsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific fieldAt least 1 year of experience working in a BSL2 laboratory environmentFamiliarity with standard laboratory equipment and techniquesWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
