
Regional Field Canvassing Trainer

- Participate in the development, implementation, and delivery of coaching and training plans that support regional and corporate goals and objectives utilizing the Company’s proven canvassing system.
- Ensure Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads meet or exceed established sales and quality KPIs.
- Support Operations and Sales Managers with in-field training and development of Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads.
- Help identify individual Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads development opportunities, provide feedback and recommendations to Sales and Operations Managers, and provide support towards closing identified developmental gaps.
- Identify process deficiencies and inconsistencies and recommend improvements to support a unified and consistent process and customer experience.
- Conduct in-person group training sessions with Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads on identified training opportunities.
- Provide focused training on new technology platforms to improve efficiency, data integrity, and compliance.
- Conduct field training with new and experienced Field Canvassers and Field Canvasser Team Leads for quality assurance and training purposes.
- When necessary, directly complete door-to-door canvassing.
- Travel throughout assigned region(s).
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in direct selling, door-to-door sales, outside sales, retail &/or event marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training, coaching, and supervisory roles.
- Ability to translate training documentation into real-world and practical applications.
- Experience managing conflict resolution and motivating others to perform at a high level.
- Ability to frequently travel within assigned region(s).
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
- Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
- Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Prior experience in the direct-to-consumer home services industry.
- More than 50% domestic travel required.
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
- Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
