Job DescriptionD&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for energetic, hardworking, experienced Petroleum Service Technicians in Austin, Texas. The primary duties of a Petroleum Service Technician are to perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment, provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner, and maintain excellent safety standards.Benefits offered:

Responsibilities:
Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher on calls to be performed
Follow and abide by D&H United Fueling Solutions service call procedures
Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation
Meet response time parameters for repair types
Maintain a company furnished vehicle and inventory of repair parts
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions
Completing online and class-room training courses, including regular re-certifications
Follow all customer protocols and procedures including customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site
Communicate with warehouse personnel in order to verify inventory and replenish what is needed on truck
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1-year experience in petroleum related service, will provide training
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and customer relations skills
Basic computer skills
Good work ethic
Experience or Certification(s) in one or more of the following (preferred)

Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service
To frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and work in a high traffic area

Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
Ability to safely operate personal hand tools
Ability to properly use a multi-meter
Pass a drug test and background check
