Marketing Operations is a highly visible team at Infoblox and reports directly into the CMO. We’re building the campaign planning, execution, and reporting practices to help the company grow to the next level.

The Campaign Operations Specialist supports our Global Field Marketing, Global Demand Generation, and Partner teams by setting up and executing campaigns in Marketo, collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns are well designed and deliver the expected results.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Field Marketing and Global Demand Generation managers to understand campaign requirements and objectives
  • Design, test, deploy, and report on campaigns in Marketo, including the creation of campaign names, attributes, and hierarchy structure following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting; building emails using standard templates; creating landing pages and forms
  • Recommend appropriate nurture tracks for campaigns to feed into post-execution
  • Build campaign lists using data in Marketo and Salesforce.com, ensuring lists are targeted and adhere to the company’s privacy policies
  • Maintain a campaign calendar to track both production schedule & workload, as well as govern email communication frequency according to our policies
  • Standardize, cleanse, and upload lists gathered from local events (tradeshows, seminars, etc.) and other sources
  • Monitor email campaigns and analyze results, providing recommendations to requesting teams to optimize and improve future campaigns
  • Communicate effectively and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and results at all times
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform
  • Eloqua or Marketo strongly preferred
  • HTML skills a plus
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning; you must want to track and measure the impact Marketing has on the business
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Highly effective communicator – both verbal and written
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc.), or a relevant concentration
