Duration: 3 monthsOverview:
Completes a variety of clerical duties to support Corporate ReUse activities, including processing, recordkeeping, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and produce routine and complex standard and ad-hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project or product strategy analysis, profitability, historical reporting, work flow, and statistical and financial analysis.Manage digital image database and upload images to the existing website; process, edit, retouch, and restore photos using appropriate software; provide written descriptive information for all items entered into the system.Assist management in creating and maintaining departmental procedural and policy manuals.Serve as liaison with multiple departments to track internal movement of all personal computer serial numbers shipped and received from Corporate ReUse.Complete all hard drive serial number reports and verify wipe drive reports for internal audit and Federal regulatory compliance.Participate in production of new internal systems, including testing, procedures, and implementation.Monitor functions to ensure procedures and controls are functioning as designed.Understand and adhere to the company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the company’s Risk Appetite; escalate risk-related issues to management as needed.Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Maintain internal control standards, including timely resolution of internal and external audit points and any issues raised by external regulators.Complete other related duties as assigned.Scope of Responsibilities:

None.Education and Experience Required:Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year operational support experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year operational support experienceStrong familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic design softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsProven time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslySelf-motivated and customer-focusedStrong proficiency in ExcelExcellent customer service skillsEducation and Experience Preferred:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 2 years operational support experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively using a telephoneAbility to hear and speak clearly on phone conversationsAbility to quickly and accurately exchange information verballyExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
