The Senior Director of Franchise Leadership is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership within an assigned geographical and bottler territory(ies). This leader will serve as the 360-degree 'face of KO’ to the bottler head in the assigned geography, ensuring alignment and delivery of the Annual Business Plan (ABP), while driving performance across topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.This role necessitates a proactive and effective focus on driving execution with bottling partners, performance forecasting with as-needed planning adjustments, execution of controllables, and stewardship to accelerate and ensure key support functions' needs are met.What You’ll Do for UsKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership:Act as the primary point of contact and 'face of KO' to the bottler head in the assigned geography.Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with corporate goals to ensure the annual business plan (ABP) is delivered effectively.Drive and support bottler strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.2. Performance Management:Establish and forecast performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies and optimize performance.3.
