A respected trial-focused firm seeks a Personal Injury & Energy Litigation Attorney with 4–7 years of experience. This is an opportunity to manage a diverse docket at the intersection of catastrophic injury and high-stakes energy disputes while working in a collegial, growth-oriented team environment.ResponsibilitiesLitigate personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, trucking, premises liability, and product liability.Handle energy-related litigation such as oilfield accidents, lease disputes, and contract claims.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.Take and defend depositions, prepare clients and witnesses, and argue hearings.Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed in Texas, in good standing.4–7 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or energy law.Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.Trial readiness and ability to manage an active docket.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance bonusHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)PTO and professional development supportReal room for career advancement in a collaborative settingAll communication is strictly confidential.
