In this role, you’ll collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Senior Leadership to ensure strong financial performance and provide data-driven insights that power key business decisions.What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in finance or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget process and prepare forward-looking projections.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analysis & Insights: Build dashboards, presentations, and models to support leadership decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner across departments to ensure financial data is clear, accurate, and meaningful.
  • Cash Flow & Metrics: Maintain cash flow forecasts, debt service calculations, and occupancy analytics.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
  • Experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred but not required.
