Cabinet Salesperson/Designer – Twin Cities MetroOur client is seeking an experienced Cabinet Salesperson/Designer to join their growing team in the Twin Cities Metro area. This role is ideal for a driven professional with both design expertise and established industry connections, who can bring a book of business with them. This is a base plus commission role.ResponsibilitiesManage cabinet sales from initial consultation through final installation.Work 80% in-office and 20% in the field, including site visits for measurements and customer meetings.Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in retail clients as well as contractors, remodelers, and builders.Use 20/20 Design software to create accurate, detailed layouts and project presentations.Prepare and process order entry, handle administrative tasks, and maintain ongoing customer communication.Deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to drive revenue growth.Travel as needed to meet with clients, contractors, or job sites.RequirementsProven ability to bring a book of business within the Twin Cities Metro.Proficiency with 20/20 Design software and cabinet design experience.Strong customer service skills—personable, professional, and solutions-oriented.Ability to present, sell, and close effectively.Attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills.Knowledge of the local contractor, remodeler, and building community.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in both design and relationship-building, and who is ready to make an immediate impact by leveraging their network and expertise.
