ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Spanish speaking customer service representatice, with State Farm Insurance, office of Brian Clark's office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.   • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bi-Lingual Spanish
Have a current California P&C insurance license or obtain prior to starting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
