This is a potential to hire position for 1st or 2nd shift. Apply now!Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Review job orders and determine specific handling requirements
- Move materials from storage or work sites to designated areas using power equipment (e.g., LP Sit-down and Electric standup)
- Pick and pack product
- Perform cycle counting and generation of reports
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves or into or from vehicles
- Install strapping, bracing or padding to prevent in-transit movement or damage
- Count and record units moved or handled
- Attach material/product identification tags and labels
- Assemble crates and pallets for material/product storage and/or shipmentRequirements for Material Handler:
- Able to lift 25lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally
- Able to stand, walk, climb, crouch, bend and twist throughout shift
