This position is also responsible for daily decision of the position control and compensation queue in the INFOR system and works closely with the Labor Management Director on daily labor expense management projects as well as compensation initiatives.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.Minimum ExperienceOne to two years in a healthcare or business setting with experience in systems analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Required Registration/License/CertificationN/APreferred EducationMaster of Business Administration, Master of Healthcare Administration, or other related field.Preferred ExperienceTwo years of experience in system analysis and support in a healthcare environment.Preferred Registration/License/CertificationN/AOther RequirementsN/A
