Job Title: ILS Support & Documentation SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are a fast-growing maritime technology company focused on delivering precision sensor systems for high-performance applications. With an exciting project slated for delivery next summer, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated ILS Support & Documentation Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring our engineering and testing processes are well-documented, traceable, and ready for production. Ideal candidates thrive on structure, clarity, and technical detail, and will support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, emphasizing the creation and maintenance of test documentation, design verification records, and engineering workflows.Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
  • Ensure alignment between system requirements and verification activities.
  • Support the creation of validation protocols for precision sensors and electronics.
  • Assist in the development of ILS deliverables including maintenance plans, spare parts lists, and support documentation.
  • Contribute to lifecycle support planning and readiness assessments.
  • Manage and organize technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and design records.
  • Ensure version control and traceability across engineering and test artifacts.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to understand system design and testing requirements.
  • Participate in local testing activities with occasional international travel.
Essential Skills
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience preferred, though strong entry-level candidates with a passion for documentation and systems support will be considered.
  • Proficiency in documentation and technical writing.
  • Experience with test equipment, test engineering, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and systems safety.
