- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Experience in consulting, analytics or financial modeling.
- Experience with marketing analytics, third-party analytics platforms and web analytics (e.g.,Adobe/GA4).
- Knowledge of SQL, databases and basic automation techniques such as dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables.
- Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing issues and measure success.
- Guide customers through the shift to AI-first marketing by leveraging Google's AI/ML solutions and articulating the value of these investments.
- Build relationships with analytics counterparts, testing the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
- Collaborate across teams to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities and develop scalable solutions for industry issues.
- Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value and customer segmentation and lead the full life-cycle of analytics and measurement initiatives.
