Job Description:Thurston Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving primary care team in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time, outpatient-only role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, relationship-centered care in a well-established clinic that has been serving the Springfield community for over 50 years.As an Advanced Practice Provider with Thurston Medical Clinic, you’ll work alongside an experienced and collaborative group of physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-based setting while caring for patients of all ages and and health conditions, with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests.Benefit Highlights:
Compensation: $141,000 - $145,000 base salary
Production Compensation average $180,000-$190,000/year
4 day workweek
Up to $10,000 Relocation
Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time
