Since 1948, Boys & Girls Haven has served youth and families throughout Kentucky. Through a comprehensive continuum of care, Boys & Girls Haven works to reduce disruptions in children’s lives, heal the effects of trauma, and promote well-being among families.The Program Manager will serve in a leadership role for Haven Family Counseling (HFC), an outpatient behavioral health program of Boys and Girls Haven. The Supervisor will manage a team of therapists, case managers, and community support professionals. The Supervisor may also provide clinical services to HFC clients as needed.Core Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Schedule may vary based on the needs of the clients and the program.Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative supervision of contract case managers, therapists, and community support associates.
- Supervise student interns and volunteers as needed.
- Ensure that providers’ documentation is complete, timely, and clinically sound.
- Provide oversight of the referral and intake process for HFC; Connect potential clients with HFC service providers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and referral sources.
- Collect, summarize, and report outcome data.
- As needed, provide individual, group and/or family therapy to HFC clients.
- Provide on-call clinical and administrative coverage for the program as needed.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Applicable licensure in the state of KY (e.g., CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, MFTA, LMFT).
- Eligibility for Medicaid/MCO credentialing in the state of Kentucky.
- Relevant clinical experience working with youth and families, preferably in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software/hardware and electronic health records systems.
