In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customers and drivers alike—handling everything from pricing and scheduling to driver support and relationship-building.About the RoleYou’ll manage incoming inquiries, resolve service issues, coordinate schedules, price jobs, and provide support to our field teams—all while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. If you enjoy being at the center of communication and operations, this is the role for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Customer Service & Complaint Resolution: Investigate service concerns, communicate with customers, and resolve issues.Job Pricing: Accurately evaluate inquiries and provide service quotes based on property details and job scope.Routing & Scheduling: Manage daily schedules and dispatch routes in real time using tools like Appify and Samsara.Driver Management: Provide coaching, accountability, and real-time support to our sweeper truck operators.Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 200+ customers. Fostering long-term client relationships and identify upselling and growth opportunities.Shift-to-Shift Communication: Ensure smooth handoffs between night and day crews by keeping information flowing.What We’re Looking For:3+ years in customer service, sales, or a related operations roleExperience with Samsara, Appify, or similar service softwareStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsConfidence working in fast-moving service or field-based environmentsA problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and takes initiativeWhy Work With Us?We believe great people deserve to be rewarded for the impact they make.
