  • Draft Pleadings
  • Discovery audit
  • Draft discovery responses and discovery requests
  • Draft legal correspondence
  • Draft motions and briefs
  • Maintain client contact
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documents
  • Communicate with witnesses and experts
  • Schedule meetings for the attorney
  • Prepare case for trial
  • manage a full case load
Qualifications:
  • At least two (3) years of experience handling family law matters
  • Knowledge of the legal process
  • Ability to draft correspondence
  • Paralegal certification and/or training
  • Courteous and pleasant
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Ability to interact well with other team members and clients
  • Multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to follow directions clearly
