This post-sales role is embedded within our professional services organization and is accountable for ensuring successful implementation and user adoption of Microsoft Modern Work capabilities such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. They will also serve as a thought leader in the Modern Work services practice. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and customer-facing consulting skills.Role DescriptionLead technical architecture and solution delivery for Modern Work projects across Microsoft 365, including collaboration, communications, mobile device management, and identity workloads.Translate customer requirements and business objectives into scalable, secure, and integrated Microsoft Modern Work architecturesFacilitate design workshops, assessments, roadmaps, and deployment planning for technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, and Entra IDProvide guidance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycles – working closely with consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholdersDrive adoption strategies for new ways of working, user experience optimization, and change enablement across Microsoft 365Align solutions with Microsoft’s Modern Work framework, and the Microsoft 365 roadmapMaintain architecture documentation, lead governance reviews, and ensure adherence to compliance and security requirementsProvide mentoring and enablement to internal delivery teams and customer technical staffStay current with Microsoft 365 feature releases, roadmap updates, and industry trends to guide future-state designs.Behaviors and CompetenciesWillingness to Learn: Can apply new learning to daily work, encourage and facilitate learning in others, and actively make changes to work based on feedback.

Microsoft Certified Administrator Expert and other relevant Modern Work certifications preferredAbility to travel occasionallyMinimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibilityExperience working in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery modelsThe base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $200,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus is $180,000 - $250,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
