- Shipping and Receiving
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Process packages through shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Create shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists
- Ensure proper labeling and select the best shipping methods
- Inspect incoming shipments, report any damage or discrepancies
- Stock and organize items in warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation
- Warehouse Operations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Monitor shipping supply inventory and restock as necessary
- Follow packaging, labeling, and safety standards consistently
- 3+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with carrier shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and support team success
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Dangerous Goods shipping experience (a plus, not required)
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. and maneuver heavier items with equipment
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
- Ability to work in typical warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, etc.)
- Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines
