SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a fast-growing and innovative financial technology firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Financial Advisor Specialist to join our Client Success team. This role is focused on delivering world-class client service and ensuring clients maximize the value of the SMArtX platform.As a Financial Advisor Specialist, you will be the go-to partner for advisors, brokers, and wealth management firms, guiding them through onboarding, training, and day-to-day platform use. You will serve as both a client advocate and product expert, ensuring a seamless experience that builds long-term relationships and drives client success.Responsibilities
  • Support clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of the SMArtX platform.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Conduct trainings, workshops, and tutorials to help clients optimize platform usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, technology) to resolve client issues.
  • Gather feedback, track client satisfaction, and share insights to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain and contribute to training resources, documentation, and client education materials.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with additional products and services.
  • Role is not remote: Location is Downtown West Palm Beach, FL.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field a plus).
  • 1 year of experience in a client success, client service, or support role preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable teaching and guiding clients, with patience and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
