Hours are Monday through Friday business hours. Start times could range from 6am-8am. Mostly Remote with travel to sites in the Midwest Region.Pay Range $62.15 - $93.25This amazing opportunity will allow you to maintain your clinical role while collaborating in a leadership capacity on the WI and IL Division Hospital Based Specialties Service Line. The areas of responsibility include: Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Critical Care.Responsibilities:
  • Our clinician-led medical group, under the leadership of Rhonda Hoyer, VP and Chief Advanced Practice Officer, is focused on excellence, transformation and reputation through your voice
  • Partners with Service Line or Service Line Department physician and administrative leaders to advise and inform APP service line workforce planning, care models, APP utilization, clinical practice, quality/safety, engagement, and financial performance.
  • Develops regional standards for APPs across the Service Line or Service Line Department to optimize efficiency, productivity and financial outcomes. These standards include clinical competencies, clinical onboarding and orientation, and performance metrics.
  • Partners on initiatives across the service line to accomplish growth, effectiveness, quality and patient satisfaction goals. This may include identifying and helping to direct participation of APPs in Service Line initiatives.
  • Provides internal consulting services to stakeholders including areas, hospitals, Medical Group and operations leaders specific to the APP’s Service Line or Service Line Department.
  • Serves as a resource for APPs within designated Service Line.
  • Involved in recruiting, hiring, and developing frontline APP leads in the Service Line or Service Line Department.
  • Assesses, develops and implements APP leadership structure to align with Service Line or Service Line Department strategy
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDLicense/Registration/Certification Required:
  • Active RN, APNP or APRN license in State of Wisconsin or Illinois AND
  • Active board certification
OR
  • Active PA license in State of Wisconsin or Illinois AND
  • Active PA board certification
Education Required: ​ ​​ Master’s Degree in APRN or Physician AssistantExperience Required: Typically requires at least 5 years of clinical experience and progressive leadership experience in clinical practice standardization, clinical quality/safety, and outcome assessment. This individual will also have history of formal APC leadership in a moderate to large sized health care organization with matrixed relationships.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • ​​Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand, interpret, and summarize complex processes, programs, and systems.
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders through structured processes and tools, assuring timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Proven customer service skills with ability to collaborate, engage and interact across all levels of the organization and maneuver across different organizational entities, matrixes, disciplines, departments, and settings (inpatient, outpatient, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • ​​​Generally exposed to a normal office environment.
  • This position requires travel so will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
  • Must have functional speech, vision, smell, touch and hearing.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
