This critical role will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health while driving strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is an active CPA with strong leadership experience, operational acumen, and a passion for building value in a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversightOversee internal controls, audit preparedness, and compliance with financial regulationsPartner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and develop growth strategiesDeliver accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the organizationDirect and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient operations and professional developmentManage relationships with external partners such as auditors, financial institutions, and tax authoritiesSupport board reporting, investor relations, and long-term financial planning and modelingMonitor departmental budgets and promote financial discipline across the organizationQualifications and Skills:Active CPA license requiredMinimum of 8 years in senior finance roles, with experience as a Controller or CFO preferredBackground in multi-entity or international operations is highly desirableStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approachProven leadership abilities and excellent communication skillsProficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
