If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Data Consultant, Professional ServicesThe Professional Services team for Fiserv’s Enterprise Performance Management line drives successful implementations for clients using our Prologue Financials accounting software. We also provide consulting services to existing clients, including training, configuration, and guidance on standard methodologies.What does a Data Consultant, Professional Services do?You will work with clients to implement Fiserv’s Prologue Financials accounting suite – including general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets. Your primary responsibility will be configuring, converting, and loading historical data onto Prologue for clients who have recently purchased the product. You will also engage in custom data-related projects, updating the Prologue database via SQL scripting and other methods to affect the desired changes. These projects include, among others, restructuring a client’s chart of accounts, updating vendor of fixed asset data via scripting, and updating the client’s fiscal year-end.
We believe the key objective of this position is to drive internal recommended processes, while leading project work, timelines, and customer expectations, ultimately leading to an enhanced client experience!What you will do:Working with clients and preparing the Prologue Financials database for implementation.Importing and converting client conversion data into Prologue-friendly format, retaining all meaningful data points.
