- Responsible for deploying technology solutions across corporate and multiple Portfolio Companies.
- Responsible for working with technical teams at vendor organizations to integrate systems and execute seamless workflows.
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Customize and adapt integration strategies based on the technical scope, workforce readiness, and business requirements of each initiative.
- Manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent implementation projects, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Define clear objectives, establish KPIs, and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and third-party vendors to ensure effective delivery and system compatibility.
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership on implementation progress, risks, and resolutions.
- Partner with HR, IT, and department heads to assess training needs and ensure teams are well-prepared to adopt and use new systems.
- Act as an escalation point for implementation-related issues and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Manage the company IT helpdesk, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for on-site and remote staff.
- Provide technical direction, escalation support, and troubleshooting for the implementation team.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides to ensure consistent IT practices.
- Oversee system monitoring, patching, and updates to maintain stability and compliance.
- Enforce cyber hygiene best practices (MFA, strong passwords, device security, phishing awareness).
- Partner with vendors to ensure secure, reliable IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular IT audits, testing, and QA to identify risks and improve performance.
- Deliver employee training on IT policies, tools, and security awareness.
- Evaluate all implementations post-launch for effectiveness, user adoption, and areas of improvement
- Continuously evaluate existing procedures and recommend process improvements to optimize implementation efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with team members to refine implementation practices and maintain documentation for future reference and training.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software/hardware implementation, technical project management, or systems integration.
- Basic scripting or configuration skills in SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple, complex projects and cross functional teams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software deployment, change management, and user adoption practices.
- Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues across both on-site and remote environments.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and CRM/ERP systems.
- PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
