
Employee Assistance Program - Regional Manager (Onsite)

- Support Safety-Sensitive Populations: Manage FAA-regulated cases through administrative oversight of the HIMS program, SAP services, and compliance-related monitoring
- Oversee day-to-day EAP activities for a designated region, including case management, reporting, and maintaining confidential records for all interactions
- Specialized Case Management: Coordinate Last Chance Agreements, mandated referrals, and crisis cases in collaboration with management, HR,
- Labor Relations, and Union representatives
- Lead psychological firt aid, trauma debriefs, and emergency interventions for critical incidents across the network
- Participate in the rotating virtual on-call model for escalated events, crisis support, and safety-sensitive incidents
- Provide Business-Facing Consultation: Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to proactively address productivity, performance, and behavioral concerns that may impact safety or operations
- Drive a Culture of Care and Well-Being: Coach leaders on human factors, employee support strategies, and operational integration of wellness to enhance team performance and resilience
- Coordinate with Lyra Health: Ensure seamless referrals and partnership alignment while maintaining United’s internal focus on regulatory compliance, safety, and critical incident response
- Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family
- CEAP and SAP eligible
- Minimum of 4 years Internal or External EAP experience
- Wellness Initiatives and Presentation skills
- Good communication, verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Substance Abuse
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- CEAP, Q-SAP
- Minimum of 6 years of Internal or External EAP experience
