- Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives).
- Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate’s discretion.
