We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help manage the transportation of vehicles purchased from auctions to our dealerships.Position OverviewThe Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in our used vehicle operations by overseeing, scheduling, and tracking the safe and timely transportation of vehicles. This individual will work closely with buyers, transport companies, and dealership staff to ensure vehicles are delivered efficiently, inspected upon arrival, and ready for retail.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the pickup and delivery of vehicles purchased at auctions to multiple dealership locations.Partner with transport vendors and carriers, negotiating schedules and rates as needed.Track vehicle shipments in real time and provide updates to management.Ensure all necessary paperwork (titles, condition reports, shipping docs) is complete and accurate.Communicate with auction representatives and internal buyers to resolve transport delays or discrepancies.Inspect vehicles upon arrival and document condition to support reconditioning processes.Maintain a transportation log, reporting costs, delivery times, and any issues to management.Work cross-functionally with the Used Car Manager, Service, and Office teams to streamline the process.QualificationsPrevious experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or dealership operations preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel and able to learn dealership software.Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts.A positive, family-focused culture with opportunities for growth.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to help drive the success of one of the most exciting automotive groups in the Midwest, apply today.Always Graff.
