In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing inside sales activities while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Responsibilities:- Actively manage inside sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales via phone and email- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries- Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from order placement to delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to better serve customers and drive salesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales-oriented role- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeIf you are a motivated and sales-centric individual with a passion for service excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
