- Primary responsibility for growing network of contracted clinic sites offering specific clinical education experiences to healthcare students
- Build and maintains communication via telephone, video call, and/or email with clinical site contract administrators and key personnel through all stages of procurement/contract cycle
- Collaborate daily with EIM Clinical Education Team and University Partners, to build strategic partnerships with clinical sites through data management, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Opportunity to use inside sales skills to determine, navigate, and persuade the correct point of contact in order to explain UP programs for strategic student placement, clinical rotations.
- Maintain high level organization by using Excel Spreadsheets and keeping accurate records and tracking within Salesforce.
- Be customer obsessed by providing stellar customer service to all clients (UPs, Clinical Sites, and internal team).
- Ability to showcase presentation skills, demonstrate time management, and capability to multitask.
- Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder decision making within a clinical setting (rehab, private clinics, hospitals, etc.) to procure Up contracts for student clinical placements.
