Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime on evenings and weekends as needed

We take pride in safety, professionalism, and performance.SummaryWe are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to support our long-term environmental remediation and construction project in Guthrie, OK. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling earthwork, trenching, and material movement in support of both clean construction and remediation scopes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, and compactorsAssist with trenching, grading, backfilling, and loading operationsFollow direction from site superintendent and foremen to complete daily tasksConduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceMaintain awareness of site conditions, underground utilities, and exclusion zonesParticipate in daily safety briefings and follow all site-specific safety proceduresAssist with environmental remediation activities as neededRequired Skills & AbilitiesSkilled in operating various types of earthmoving and trenching equipmentAbility to read and follow grade stakes, survey markings, or GPS-assisted layout (preferred)Strong awareness of jobsite safety and the ability to work in sensitive environmentsWillingness to wear PPE and assist with general labor when not operatingAbility to follow direction, work in teams, and adapt to changing site conditionsEducation & Certifications40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred; training can be provided)OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 1 year of equipment operation experience in civil construction or environmental fieldworkWork ConditionsOutdoor work in all weather conditionsMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experiencePaid HAZWOPER training (if needed)Health and dental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacationLong-term project stability and advancement opportunitiesO6 Environmental is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
