- System Configuration & Maintenance: Oversee global system management, data stewardship, and platform version control.
- Systems Enablement & UX: Drive employee experience via intuitive, self-service workflows.
- Solution Design & Enablement: Champion cross domain integration-Recruiting, EC, Talent & Reward, Performance, Learning.
- Budget Management: Lead HRIS budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, integrate vendor strategy.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure delegation, SOX/ITGC compliance, data accuracy, and system integrity.
- Agile Deployment: Implement iterative releases with feedback loops.
- Project Management: Global delivery of HRIS projects.
- Communication & Change: Coordinate communications and change strategies with stakeholders.
- Internal: HR COEs; Finance; Legal; IT; Regional HRBPs.
- External: SAP support; 3rd Party vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program accreditation.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years in HRIS leadership with proven SuccessFactors solutions in multi-national organizations.
- 5+ years of experience project managing large-scale HRIS global projects.
- Team leadership across multiple locations.
